Create and send a new quote.
Start a new quote in a couple of clicks.
Create a Quote
- Once logged into Quotamation, either click the blue New Quote button in the left-side menu, or click Quotes in the left-side menu and then click the blue New Quote button
- Select the lines you want to quote: Auto, plus one property line — Home, Renters, or Condo — or a property line on its own. The choices available depend on your agency's rating platform
- Enter the basic information needed
Want each new quote to open with your coverages already filled in? Set them up in Quoting Preferences.
Renters and condo quoting are available through supported QuinStreet connections. Check the carrier map for line and state availability. If your agency's rating platform does not support a line, you cannot start a new quote for it.
Already have a dec page, notes, or a call recording? Open the arrow beside New Quote and choose Start From Documents, or attach sources while entering the basic information. See Quote From Documents for the steps and supported files.
Download a Quote PDF
Once carrier quotes are available, click Download Quote PDF on the results screen to save a copy you can share with your client. The same action is available from the three-dot menu in the quote's summary panel. It is available only when the quote has results that can be included in the PDF.
The summary menu also offers Download Intake PDF for the information collected so far, including an intake that has not been quoted yet.
Need carrier application paperwork? ACORD forms can be prepared from the intake before you run carrier quotes.
