What you can attach

  • Documents

Dec pages, ID cards, prior policies — PDFs, photos or scans of whatever the client actually sent you.

  • A voice memo

Upload a recording of the call, or a memo dictated on a phone. We transcribe it and read the transcript the same way we read a document.

  • Notes on top of all of it

Write or paste an email, a chat, or the notes you took on the call. Notes can go in alongside the files, or on their own.

  • All of it in one go

Documents, a recording and notes can go in together. Whatever you happen to have is what you send.

How it fits into the quote

  • It rides along with the quote you’re already starting

The block is headed Documents & Notes and sits on the first screen of a new quote. There’s no separate screen to visit and nothing extra to save.

  • One step, not two

Press Start Quote and the button reads “Reading your documents…” while it works. The reading and the intake happen together, so there’s nothing to sit through in between.

  • You can see where every value came from

Anything read from a document is labelled as coming from your uploads, so you can tell at a glance what came off the dec page and what came from somewhere else.

  • The documents stay with the intake

What you attached stays on the quote, open beside you while you work. You can go back to the dec page to check something instead of hunting for the email it arrived in.

  • Everything it fills in stays editable

It’s a head start on data entry, not a decision. Anything it got wrong is a correction you make as you work through the steps, the same as any other field.

There’s a step-by-step walkthrough in our support guides, including which file types work best and what to expect on the review.
