How your data is encrypted

Everything your agency stores with us is encrypted — while it travels, while it sits, and in every copy we keep of it.

Moving between you and us: TLS 1.2 at minimum, and TLS 1.3 wherever your browser supports it. Every page, every connection, no exceptions.
Sitting in storage: AES-256 on the database and on every document you upload — dec pages, photos, signed forms, all of it.
Copies and backups too: The same AES-256 covers the standby copy of the database and every backup taken from it — not just the live one.
Kept in the United States: Your clients’ information is stored in Amazon’s US data centres. It is not moved offshore.

When someone leaves, their access leaves with them
Remove a producer from your agency and their access ends immediately. No waiting for a session to time out, no scramble to change a shared password.
A stolen password isn’t enough on its own
Your team can sign in with a fingerprint or face instead of typing a password, or with a one-time code sent to their email. Accounts lock automatically after repeated failed attempts.
Your data leaves with you
Download any intake as a PDF, push clients and quotes into your agency management system through one of our connectors, or pull them out through our API. It’s your book of business, not ours.
Tools you connect get only what they need
If you link Quotamation to another system, it gets a limited key scoped to just what that connection needs — and you can revoke it at any moment.

Your agency’s data is yours alone
No other agency on Quotamation can see your clients, your quotes, or your documents. That separation is enforced by the system, not by policy.
The infrastructure is locked down too
Our database sits on a private network with no path in from the open internet, and automated attacks are blocked before they reach the app.
We delete it when you leave
Close your account and your data is removed from our systems. We don’t hold on to a book of business that isn’t ours any more.
