Changing Form Appearance
Change the way your form looks.
You can change how your form looks so it fits in with the rest of your site. Here's how.
Open the Appearance panel
Open your form in the builder and click an empty part of the canvas so nothing is selected. The panel on the right shows Form Settings. Click Appearance, and use the back arrow at the top to return.
The middle of the builder previews your changes as you make them, so you can see the result before you commit. Click Save in the top bar to keep it.
What you can change
- Background — the color behind the form, with an opacity control alongside it
- Primary — your accent color, used for buttons and highlights
- Text — the color of the wording on the form
- Heading Font — either Inter or Source Serif 4
- Heading Weight — a slider from 100 to 900 for how heavy your headings look
- Transparent fields — a switch that makes the answer boxes semi-transparent so the background shows through
- Background pattern — pick one of the tiles: None, Dot Grid, Graph Grid, Waves, Gradient, Horizon, Contour, or Isometric
Your logo
Underneath is a Logo area with a preview. Click Upload logo to add one, or Replace logo and Remove logo once one is set. JPG, PNG, and SVG files are accepted.
If you don't set a logo on the form, it falls back to your agency logo, so a form usually looks right without you touching this at all.
How the theme carries into an embed
Your appearance settings follow the form wherever it's used. The public link uses them directly, and the embed snippet picks up your background, primary, and text colors too.
To get the snippet, go back to Form Settings and click Embed on Your Website. Embed code shows the snippet with a Copy button — paste it into your webpage where you want the form to appear. Two checkboxes control what shows inside the embed: Show Logo and Show "Need help?".
Preview on sample website drops your form into a mock agency page so you can check how it sits against real page content before you paste anything live.
