Lead Sources

Track where your prospects come from.

A lead source is where a prospect came from, like a referral partner, an ad, or an event. Tracking them shows you which sources actually turn into clients.

See your lead sources

In the left menu, go to Prospects and click Lead Sources. You'll see a table of every source with its Name, Email, Phone, the # of Leads tied to it, and its Conversion Rate. Use the search box to find one by name.

Add a lead source

  1. On the Lead Sources page, click Add Lead Source
  2. Enter a Name (required), and optionally an Email and Phone
  3. To add several at once, keep filling in rows. A new one appears as you go
  4. Click Save

Edit or delete a lead source

  1. Click the lead source's row in the table
  2. Update its Name, Email, or Phone, then click Update
  3. To remove it, click Delete

Attach a lead source to a prospect

When you create or edit a prospect, use the Lead Source field to search for and pick where they came from. If the source isn't there yet, click Add lead source right in the form to create it on the spot.
