Integrations

Quotamation connects with a handful of agency management systems and other tools, so client and quote details can flow between them without double entry.

Available integrations

• AgencyZoom — automatically create the lead in AgencyZoom when you start a quote
• Applied Epic — automatically create the client record in Applied Epic when you start a quote
• EZLynx Connect — automatically create the applicant in EZLynx when you start a quote
• Gaya — copy the information you enter in Quotamation straight into other carrier portals
• HawkSoft — push client and intake data into HawkSoft when you start a quote
• Canopy Connect — import a customer's shared policy details and pre-build the quote

Turn on an integration

1. Once logged into Quotamation, click Settings on the panel on the left side of the screen
2. Go to Agency Settings
3. Click Integrations
4. Click the integration you want to connect
5. Enter the login details for that tool and save. Some integrations have a few extra settings to choose along the way

Once an integration is connected, it shows an Active tag on the Integrations screen.

If you don't see Agency Settings, you're set up as a regular user. See Inviting Your Team for more on admin access.
